PM Atemschutz is an independent wholesale company for premium products in the field of respiratory protection and is a recognised specialist for blower respiratory protection. Whenever special solutions are required, for example for industry, fire departments or disaster control, PM Atemschutz knows how to position itself successfully and assert itself against well-known market competitors thanks to its many years of extensive experience in respiratory protection and body protection.
Our own services go far beyond pure trade. The market is increasingly demanding new products, which are developed, approved and manufactured by the PM Atemschutz Group in accordance with the latest standards.
The company PM Service und Atemschutztechnik complements the services of the wholesale trade with its competence in maintenance and service for respiratory protection devices. The services for blower systems, compressed air systems and breathing connections of the most important premium brands, as well as the maintenance and service of protective clothing are carried out on customer request either on site or in our own breathing protection workshop in Mönchengladbach. Initial instructions and regular respiratory protection training courses in accordance with BGR 190 are a further important pillar of the company. Our customers include leading companies from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the metalworking industry, the automotive industry as well as hospitals, public institutions and fire departments.
Under the motto solid, simple and safe, the youngest member of the PM Group develops innovative breathing apparatus. The increasing demand for intelligent respiratory protection solutions and the striving for highest customer satisfaction through increasingly user-friendly products led to the company’s decision two years ago to spin off the development department. The meaningful application of all possibilities of „e“-electronic support for breathing led to the naming of e-breathe.
Leading universities for design and technology as partners in the development and the experience gained by PM Atemschutz in more than 20 years about the market demands on the products form the basis for the current success of e-breathe.
History
The company originated from the sole proprietorship Peter Mozga Atemschutz und Entsorgungstechnik founded in 1992. The special field was fan-assisted respiratory protection and the associated service tasks. In 1999, the sales activities were filtered out of the individual company and PM Atemschutz GmbH was founded. From then on, the sole proprietorship was only responsible for the service and maintenance area.
In 2001, the headquarters at Willicher Damm 99, in Mönchengladbach, was built and now has 3000 m² of office, training and storage space.
With a small team of sales experts we cover the whole of Germany and some neighbouring countries. From initially only a few suppliers (Racal and Kemira) the product line has expanded to cover the entire respiratory protection program. From disposable masks to compressed air breathing apparatus, compressed air supply and gas-tight chemical full protection suits, all areas of application are covered.
As a manufacturer-independent company, we are the only one able to guarantee neutral and consumer-friendly advice, as we have every manufacturer in our product range and therefore know all their characteristics.
PM Atemschutz can now count itself among the largest suppliers of blower respiratory protection on the German market. Due to increasingly complex customer requirements, PM Atemschutz now also develops its own systems.
