Half masks with particle filter
Half masks can be used as a suitable alternative to fine dust masks. They enclose the nose and mouth and have the same protection factor as an FFP3 mask (30 VdgW). The advantage of a half mask over a fine dust mask is that the rubber mask body can be easily cleaned, disinfected and reused. Only the particle filter must be replaced after one shift when used against viruses.
In the case of half masks that have a round thread connection, any filter with a corresponding thread can be used. In the event of a supply shortage from a specific manufacturer, filters from other manufacturers can thus also be used. In this way, you can ensure the supply of your operation even in the event of a supply bottleneck.

Full face masks with particle filter
Full-face masks can also be used as a suitable alternative to fine dust masks. They enclose the entire face and have the highest protection factor in filtering respiratory protection (400 VdgW). The mask body of the full face mask is made of rubber and can be easily cleaned, disinfected and reused. Only the particle filter must be replaced after one shift when used against viruses.
For full-face masks that have a round thread connection, any filter with a corresponding thread can be used. In the event of a supply shortage from a specific manufacturer, filters from other manufacturers can thus also be used. Blower filter unit with hood / suit
Respiratory protection blowers can be used as a suitable alternative to fine dust masks. Depending on the design of the headpiece, this encloses the entire face and head. The protection factor that a respiratory protection blower offers its wearer is 3 times higher with blower respiratory protection (100 VdgW) than with FFP3 masks. The overpressure created by the respirator blower in the headpiece prevents the penetration of harmful substances and viruses. Another advantage is that the user does not feel any breathing resistance and there is no time limit for wearing it.
For protection against flu and other disease viruses, and as a reusable alternative to fine dust masks, we now offer our Pandemic Flu Sets in blower design. All sets have a DIN round thread filter connection and are manufactured in Germany.
