Information respiratory blower
The new 3M Versaflo blower unit TR-800 is ATEX certified according to the latest standards and meets all requirements for safe working in hazardous areas. The modular concept of the intrinsically safe blower respiratory protection system allows individual configurations tailored for different workplaces.
The system can be used in most hazardous areas where hazards arise from flammable gases, liquids and dusts. It is also suitable for continuous use under normal operating conditions. In any case, respiratory protection at the highest level is guaranteed.

The Jupiter Blower Breathing Protector is a convenient, easy-to-use unit that provides and protection against particulates, gases or vapors or, depending on the type of filter used, a combination of these pollutants. An integrated audible and visual alarm indicates if the air supply in the headpiece is reduced or if the battery level is low.

The intrinsically safe SR 500 EX is a battery-powered blower intended for use in explosive atmospheres. Together with filters and approved facepiece is part of Sundström’s blower breathing protection system.
Filtered air is supplied to the facepiece through a breathing tube. The resulting overpressure prevents the ingress of contaminants from the environment.
Start, stop and selection of the operating mode are made with one and the same control button. 175 or 225 l/min.
Equipped with automatic control of air flow, the unit gives alarm by beep and signal light in case of air flow obstruction.

Blower unit with electronic monitoring of the unit functions. The blower filter unit for protection against hazardous gases, vapors and particles.
The unit has an IP65 rating, protecting it from dust and water jets from all directions. Two batteries of the latest lithium-ion technology provide power for at least four and eight hours, respectively. The air inlet is protected so that sparks or water jets hitting the device from the front do not directly hit the filter.
The X-plore 8000 offers a range of user-friendly standard and special carrying systems for conventional applications and decontamination work. Dräger also supplies a wide range of open and closed breathing connections. These include half and full face masks, short and long hoods, helmets with visors and protective visors. Furthermore, standard and flexible hoses are available, which are optimally matched to the system. All components and accessories can be individually assembled to meet your needs and upgraded at any time.

The Proflow blower respiratory protection program for use in potentially explosive gas-air mixtures and in dust-air areas. For companies in which an explosive atmosphere can be created by gases and dusts, the European directives have been in force since 01 July 2003:
ATEX 95 (formerly ATEX 100a) & ATEX 137 (formerly ATEX 118a).
The new specifications distinguish for the first time between gas and dust mixtures, which can pose an explosion hazard in combination with air.
The PM Proflow EX provides a solution that is tested and approved for use in both explosive gas-air mixtures and dust-air areas.

The PM Proflow3 Ex has basically the same performance characteristics as the PM Proflow2 Ex. However, thanks to the possibility of using a third respiratory protection filter, it is the only respiratory protection blower available on the market that can also be used with AX filters for low-boiling point protection.
For the first time, Scott Safety is combining AX gas filtration with the benefits of constant blower-assisted airflow, paving the way for the use of blower respirators by workers who need to protect themselves against AX gases and who previously relied on filter respirators.
