e-breathe e-Flow
With the new e-breathe respiratory protection blower system, e-breathe is developing an absolute all-rounder. The belt-worn respiratory protection blower system belongs to the latest generation of respiratory protection blowers thanks to its innovative and modular concept. The slim housing and ergonomic design make it easy to use even in confined spaces. The system consists of a basic unit and various filter boxes that serve as filter holders. According to the modular principle, the unit can be retrofitted as needed.
• Intelligent technology for maximum safety:
In addition to its universal application, the blower is also impressive in terms of technology and equipment. The blower is equipped with the latest technology and thus offers maximum safety and protection.
• Automatic system test:
The integrated software of the intelligent e-Flow performs an automatic system test each time it is switched on, thus verifying that the unit is functioning properly before each use.
• Intelligent 2-stage warning system:
The alarm function of the e-breathe e-Flow is equipped with a 2-stage warning system:
Level 1 – Warning: acoustic and optical signal
Level 2 – Warning: acoustic, optical and mechanical (vibration alarm) signal
• Reliable energy source:
Permanently safe blower breathing protection needs a reliable energy source, which has been implemented in the new e-breathe respiratory protection blower system as a replaceable and lightweight lithium-ion battery with quick-charge function and a long service life. Through communication between the system and the battery, the remaining battery life is always shown in real time on the display.

e-breathe Smartblower full face mask system
e-breathe Smartblower full-face mask systemThe Smartblower full-face mask system is ideally suited for all applications that require respiratory protection with a full-face mask. Due to the particularly positive characteristics in equipment, technology and wearing comfort, the Smartblower full-face mask system is preferably used in the asbestos and nuclear industry.
During use, the motor unit is screwed frontally between a full or half mask and a filter into the screw thread of the mask. The lightweight SVE with rechargeable battery, is conveniently attached to the belt. The blower serves as a breathing support – this extends the wearing time limit and facilitates the work of the user.

e-breathe Smartblower System
The small and lightweight blower delivers an air volume output of up to 180l/min. The unit is designed for both positive pressure and negative pressure operation.
The blower is controlled via a 350g lightweight battery control unit (SVE), which performs an automatic system test each time it is switched on. All usage data is recorded in the SVE’s integrated data memory to provide reliable data for service.
All important functions can be accessed through a simple menu navigation. The system provides the user with visual as well as acoustic warnings and achieves protection class IP 67 (protection against temporary submersion) when closed.

The Proflow SC (SC = Intelligent Information Exchange) is at the next stage of development of our blower breathing protection systems. The SC features a number of innovative improvements over the original Proflow concept; it is an intelligent device that is easy to use. The Proflow SC is lightweight and compact and the ergonomic design results in a curved back plate that ensures wearing comfort even during long working hours; the blower is lightweight and compact. New headpieces have been added so that the range of uses could be extended. The special warranty period of 3 years or maximum 1800 hours of operation that we grant on the blower unit is a confirmation of the reliability of this blower.
The required air volume depends on the protection class, breathing connection and application. For air volumes above 160 liters per minute, the PM Proflow 3 SC should be selected if necessary.
• The electronic airflow control compensates for higher filter resistance, ensuring that the required flow rate is maintained.
• The lightweight NiMH battery provides power for a full work shift.
