Due to the unique and innovative concept of the Multi Hood, the protective equipment can be adapted to your requirements as you wish and is available as a limited-use as well as a reusable hood. The hood cover is available in different variants depending on the area of application and fits on the different holders.
The individually selectable carrying systems allow the Multi Hood to be used with a head mount or helmet mount. Practical magnetic buttons allow the hood cover to be mounted on the respective holder in just a few steps. The helmet holder fits on almost every standard industrial helmet.
The breathing air hose is firmly and securely connected to the hood by means of a click connection. The air source automatically builds up positive pressure in the hood.
The airflow runs inside the hood along the inside of the visor and is thus not blown into the wearer’s face. Excess air flows out through the exhalation valve.
Available in limited-use and reusable versions.

When used with a respiratory protection blower, the unit is approved as a breathing connection and as a head and face protection. The protective effect corresponds to the highest protection class in the blower respiratory protection segment.
The PM laboratory hood AV offers 320° all-round visibility thanks to the transparent polycarbonate visor. It is equipped with a textile neck seal with elastic band, and a shoulder cover.
The breathing air hose is firmly and securely connected to the hood by means of a click connection. The blower breathing protection system automatically builds up positive pressure inside the hood, making the hood self-supporting and without any head frame.
The airflow passes inside the hood along the inside of the visor and is therefore not blown into the wearer’s face. Excess air flows out through the exhalation valve.

Limited Use Chemical Protective Hood. When used with a respirator blower, the unit is approved for use as a breathing port and head and face protection. The protection level is the highest protection class in the blower respiratory protection segment.
The PM Chemical Hood is made of antistatic material. It offers 320° all-round visibility through the transparent PC visor. It is equipped with a generous shoulder cover. The breathing air hose is firmly and securely connected to the hood by means of a click connection.
The blower breathing protection system automatically builds up positive pressure inside the hood, making it self-supporting without any headgear. The airflow passes inside the hood along the inside of the PVC visor and is therefore not blown into the wearer’s face. Exhaled air flows downward inside the hood out of the exhalation valve.

An exceptionally lightweight and comfortable short hood with integrated eye protection is available with this headpiece. FH1 was designed with a special face seal made of neoprene to achieve the highest protection class without compromising wearer comfort. FH1 also focuses on improving the field of vision. This is achieved by using a large
flexible PETG lens and a transparent chin cup are used.

FH2 has been designed with a special neoprene face seal to achieve the highest protection class in the blower respiratory protection segment without compromising comfort. Another focus of the FH2 hood was to improve the field of vision. A large flexible PETG visor and a transparent chin cup are used for this purpose. Best visibility conditions in the peripheral areas additionally increase the wearing comfort.

The SR 601 hood and the SR 500 or SR 700 battery-powered blower and approved filters are part of the Sundström blower-supported respiratory protection system. The breathing hose of the hood is connected to the blower, which is equipped with filters. The positive pressure created in the hood prevents particles and other foreign substances from entering the hood. The equipment can be used as an alternative to filter protection in all situations where it is recommended. This is especially true for strenuous or prolonged work or work at high temperatures.

The Dräger X-plore® 8000 premium hoods are made of a reusable, oil- and water-repellent material. They offer a virtually unrestricted field of vision. The short hood version covers the head and face, but leaves the ears free for good communication. Cleaning and disinfection of the hood is possible.

With the premium reusable hoods, only the contaminated outer hood is replaced. A cost-effective solution especially for high disposal rates. Covers head, face, neck and shoulder area and provides eye and face protection according to EN 166 (protection against drops or splashes and low energy impacts). Comfortable textile neck seal is shorter and thinner than previous models.

S757: Similar to S-657, but with special material that absorbs paint mist – reduces the risk of paint peeling off the wearer and falling onto the work piece. Textile material coated inside to prevent paint from getting on skin or clothing.
