Insulation devices
The compressed air hoses are connected to the compressed air control valve. It is only here that the compressed air is released. By attaching to the user’s belt, compressed air control valves also serve as strain relief. Depending on the application and breathing connection, a medium pressure warning whistle is required. Adjustable devices are designed so that the air volume cannot fall below a defined minimum. The range between this minimum and the maximum air volume is the comfort range, which the user can freely set. The severity of the work plays a particular role here, as does the temperature of the breathing air provided.

e-breathe e-Line Compressed air control valve

The e-Line compressed air control valve is worn on a belt and, in combination with an e-breathe hood, mask or suit, forms a compressed air assisted breathing protection system with continuous air flow. The required compressed air is generated by a compressor, which delivers the compressed air to a filter station in the case of non-breathable and contaminated air. The compressed air flowing through from the high-pressure network/compressor is converted by the filter station into breathing air for forced-air respiratory protection systems.

The conditioned air is then supplied to the user’s headpiece/suit through the e-Line compressed air control valve via a breathing air hose. The resulting overpressure in the head section prevents the penetration of harmful substances. The system reliably protects the user from harmful substances such as particles, dust, fumes (aerosols), gases & vapors.

• Suitable for right- and left-handed users
• Optional tool connection
• Adjustable flow rate from 170-280 l/min
• Operating pressure 5-7 bar
• Loud warning device in case of insufficient air supply
• Low noise level thanks to silencer
• Standardized breathing hose connection with DIN round thread
• Large selection of headpieces, masks and suits

Sundström compressed air additive SR 507

The SR 507 compressed air attachment in combination with almost any Sundström headpiece provides a continuous flow breathing apparatus for compressed air connection. The compressed air additive is particularly suitable for heavy and lengthy work and in cases where the contaminants cause insufficient warning signs or are particularly toxic.

The materials used do not tend to spark when subjected to friction and are therefore approved for use in explosive/fire hazardous environments.

Includes flow meter and warning whistle for intermediate and continuous air volume testing. Belt-mounted control valve.

• The control valve on the belt ensures an air flow between 175 and 260 l/min.
• The inlet pressure at the control valve should be between 5 – 7 bar.

Sundström compressed air unit SR 307

SR 307 compressed air attachment for uncomplicated connection to half masks and full-face masks. Belt, control valve and connection adapter for the masks are included as standard.

Full-face masks:
SR 200 Airline with filter backup, a respirator that connects to a compressed air supply, provides continuous airflow. A standard filter inserted into the mask provides protection in the event of pressure loss and when changing locations. In confined spaces, the equipment can be used without a filter and with the filter insert opening closed.

SR 200 Airline is specially designed for heavy and prolonged work or for situations where particularly harmful contaminants are present and high protection is required. The air flow can be regulated between 150 and 320 l/min at a working pressure of 5-7 bar. The breathing air hose can be detached from both the mask and the regulator valve.

Half masks:
SR 90 Airline with filter support. Consists of the SR 90 half mask (silicone), into which the compressed air coming from the regulator valve is supplied via a hose. A suitable filter or filter combination in the mask ensures the maintenance of protection in case of pressure loss or when changing the workplace. Can also be used without a filter insert if the supplied filter cover is used (e.g. under a visor). Supplied complete with control valve and belt as standard.

• The control valve on the belt ensures an air flow between 150 and 320 l/min.
• The inlet pressure at the control valve should be between 4-6 bar

3M V-500 Compressed Air Control Valve

The Versaflo Air Regulator V-500E is a belt-mounted and easy-to-adjust air regulator unit that can be combined with all 3M S and M series heads. It provides a uniform airflow that can be individually adjusted from 170 l/min to 305 l/min. The air regulator requires a working pressure of 3 – 10 bar and is very quiet (<65 dBA) due to the integrated silencer. If the air flow rate is undercut, the control unit warns with a whistling sound. The activated carbon filter, which is also integrated, provides additional safety.

• Constant, individually adjustable air flow from 170 l/min to 305 l/min.
• Integrated warning whistle signals that the air flow rate has been undershot.
• Operating pressure 3-10 bar
• Connection to compressed air hose via quick coupling.
• Integrated activated carbon filter for more safety

3M V-100 / V-200 Compressed Air Cooling / Heating

V-100E and V-200E are the air conditioner on the belt. In some areas of industry it happens that employees are exposed to extremely high or low ambient temperatures in addition to high concentrations of pollutants. In such situations, compressed air-supported respiratory protection is used with the V-100E or V-200E systems, which offer the option of individually cooling or heating the compressed air at hand by a maximum of ±25°C.

• Constant, individually adjustable air flow from 170 l/min to 600 l/min.
• Integrated warning whistle signals undershooting of the air flow rate.
• Operating pressure 6-10 bar
• Connection to compressed air hose via quick coupling.
