Compressed air filter stations

If the compressed air required for compressed air hose units is not supplied from compressed air cylinders (cylinder trolley/battery of cylinders), but from the company compressed air network (ring line) or from a compressor, it is usually necessary to filter it.

e-breathe Compressed air filter station

The portable compressed air filter station is suitable for applications where operational compressed air is available, either from a powerful compressor or via a compressed air ring line.

Consisting of 2 or 3 filter elements (M / S / CA), pressure regulator with pressure gauge, differential pressure gauge installed as standard, integrated wall bracket and an outlet for one user (optionally expandable up to 3 users). In addition, the station has a robust housing to protect the filter elements and ensure mobile use. The station can be wall mounted with housing. Alternatively, the filter elements can be removed from the housing and mounted on the wall. In this way, a WH3 station can be subsequently converted into a mobile filter station by mounting it in a housing.

Attention. – The unit does not remove CO and CO2 from the compressed air!

Product features:
• Conversion into breathable air
• Filtration of aerosols, solid particles, water, oil vapors and odors
• High quality aluminum filter housing
• Quick and easy filter change without tools
• Low differential pressure of the filter elements saves energy costs
• Differential pressure indicator shows favorable filter change
• Maximum air flow 1000 l/min / Maximum operating pressure 16 Bar
• For up to 3 users
• Available as stationary version for wall mounting
• Available as mobile version with housing
• Compatible with all compressed air control valves according to EN 14593 / EN 14594

Approvals:
• The quality of the treated and filtered compressed air complies with ISO 8573-1: Class 1
• The compressed air filters are tested according to EN ISO 12500.
• The tightness test has been met 100% for each compressed air filter.

e-breathe compressed air filter station WH

The e-breathe compressed air filter station is permanently mounted on the wall and is therefore particularly suitable for applications where a compressed air network is available.

The unit has two or three powerful treatment stages with which up to 1,000 liters of operational compressed air per minute can be treated into breathing air. This allows up to three users (depending on the selected compressed air control valve) to be supplied with breathing air simultaneously via Cejn-compatible safety couplings on the output side of the filter station.

PM Breathing Air Case Blue

The portable breathing air case is suitable for applications where operational compressed air is available, either from a powerful compressor or via a compressed air ring line.

The unit has two powerful treatment stages, consisting of S- and A-filters, which treat up to 1,400 liters of operational compressed air per minute into breathing air. This allows up to four users (depending on the selected breathing connection) to be supplied with breathing air simultaneously via Cejn-compatible safety couplings on the output side of the filter station.

The blue plastic housing is closed all around and opens from the front. For easy changing of the filters, the filter housings can be swung forward very easily.

Attention. – The unit does not remove CO and CO2 from the compressed air!

• max. recommended operating temperature 30°C
min. recommended operating temperature 1,5°C min. operating overpressure 4 bar
• 2 filter stages
• No electrical connection required
• Shock and chemical resistant construction
• Filter change indicator
• Integrated pressure regulator and manometer
• Integrated condensate collection tank
• Hour meter for monitoring the filter service life
• Air supply for up to 4 persons

Compressed air filter SR 99-1

The SR 99-1 compressed air filter also converts ordinary compressed air into pure breathing air.

The unit consists of a control device, pre-separator and main filter (SR 292) mounted on a metal housing. It can be placed on the floor or mounted on the wall.

The pre-separator, which has pressure controlled/manual drainage, separates large particles, water and oil. The main filter, SR 292, consists of a carbon filter section (500g) surrounded by two P3 particle filters. Here the air is cleaned from any particles/gases/vapors/odors left behind. A Y-coupling is available as an accessory, with which the number of outputs can be increased.

Attention. – The unit does not remove CO and CO2 from the compressed air!

• Separation of particles: The filter element class A3P3 separates more than 99.99% of all particles at an air flow of 95 l/min and kerosene oil as test aerosol (EN 143:2000)
• Absorption of gases/vapors: Class A3P32 filter element adsorbs 100 – 150 grams of oil before saturation (EN 14387:2004)
• Connection pressure: 6 – 10 bar (600 – 1000 kPa)
• Air flow: Max. 900 l/min
• Supply line: The supply line to the compressed air filter must have an inner diameter of at least 11 mm to ensure maximum air flow.

Air heater SR 99H

SR 99H is an optional electric heater that heats the breathable air and is to be positioned after the SR99 compressed air filter.

The air temperature can be regulated up to +80°C. In case of overheating, the power supply is automatically cut off. The supplied hose is to be used for the connection between the compressed air filter and the air heater. The air heater consists of a control unit and a heating unit.
