PAPR Suits
A breathing apparatus suit is a suit that completely encloses the head and body and supplies the wearer with breathing air directly via a breathing apparatus blower. It thus protects the respiratory tract and the entire body from contamination and harmful influences. The breathing apparatus blower generates positive pressure inside the suit, whereby a high volume flow with optimised air flow can reduce heat build-up in the suit. The exhaled and excess air escapes from the suit through one or more exhalation valves into the ambient air.

e-breathe PAPR Suit MicroMax
The MicroMax breathing protection suit, in combination with the e-breathe e-Flow breathing protection fan, offers the highest level of protection in class TH3 (certified according to EN 12941). The MicroMax® fabric consists of a high-quality 63 g/m² microporous PE film laminate that provides lightweight, soft and flexible yet highly effective protection against light splashes of hazardous liquids and vapours, infectious agents and hazardous dusts.
- Transparent access window for external access and monitoring of the control panel of the respiratory protection fan
- Superior comfort compared to coveralls and gas-tight chemical protective suits. The blower ensures a constant, filtered air flow inside the suit.

PM Chemical grey outside
The “PM Chemical Grey Outside” is a one-piece blower breathing suit.
The air supply is worn outside the suit. This option is required for rapid change (disaster response) of air sources, making it suitable for a variety of other air sources. The suit can be dressed and undressed easily & quickly. The system can be changed without removing the suit. The air source blower provides an adjustable fresh air flow of 160-200 liters per minute, the associated compressed air control valve provides a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-280 liters per minute, via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood.
Exhaled air is exhausted from the suit via exhaust valves. The suit has integrated booties. The gloves can be connected liquid-tight by means of a glove adapter system or taped with chemical-resistant tape.

- EN 14605: Typ 3B & 4B
- EN 14126: Protection against infectious agents
- EN 14594: 3B

PM Chemical grey inside
The ‘Chemical Grey Inside’ is a one-piece powered air-purifying respirator suit. The respirator fan is worn inside the suit (only the filters are located outside) to prevent contamination of the fan. The associated breathing apparatus fan delivers a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-200 litres per minute via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood. This ensures that the user is reliably supplied with sufficient breathable air. The exhaled air is discharged from the suit via four exhaust valves.
The suit has integrated booties. The gloves can be connected using adapters to make them liquid-tight or sealed with chemical-resistant tape.

e-breathe chemical white Inside
The respiratory protection blower is worn inside the suit (only the filters are located outside) to prevent contamination of the blower. The associated respiratory protection blower delivers a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-200 litres per minute via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood. This ensures that the user is reliably supplied with sufficient breathable air. The exhaled air is led out of the suit via four exhaust valves.
The special flow stream guarantees a primary supply of fresh air to the face area, creating a slight overpressure throughout the protective suit. This overpressure serves to prevent contaminated air or particles from entering. There is no increase in breathing resistance when using the system, so a prior medical examination in accordance with G26 is generally not necessary. The ‘Emergency Exit’ allows for easy and quick exit in an EMERGENCY by tearing open the red tab, which is a predetermined breaking point. Complete protection for the employee and the respiratory protection system.
